On the morning of September 24, Yantai Taihe New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Taihe New Materials”) and BASF signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai, which will further strengthen the cooperation between the two parties in the fiber industry chain. Dr. Hu Bei, Global Vice President of BASF and in charge of the Intermediates Business Unit in Greater China, Song Xiquan, Chairman of Taihe New Materials, and Chi Haiping, General Manager, attended the signing ceremony. Song Xiquan and Hu Bei signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
According to the agreement, Taihe New Materials and BASF will provide customers with solutions in cutting-edge fields and innovative projects around fiber products. The signing of the agreement is another milestone in the cooperation between the two parties.
It is reported that Taihe New Materials and BASF have joined hands for 30 years. Over the past 30 years, through mutual efforts, the scope, field, depth and breadth of cooperation have been expanded. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks that Taihe Advanced Materials and BASF will gather knowledge and strength, develop their strengths, and achieve common development and mutual benefit at a higher starting point, in a broader space and field.
