The China Metallurgical and Mining Enterprises Association released the economic performance of the metallurgical and mining industry in September 2023. In September, the cumulative investment in fixed assets in the national mining industry increased by 1.6%, of which the cumulative negative growth in investment in ferrous metal mining and dressing industry was 4.4%, which was 6.0 percentage points lower than the national mining industry; the cumulative growth increased by 7.7 percentage points from August.
