Related projects recently won the second prize of the National Technology Invention Award.

my country's polyester fiber production accounts for more than 70% of the world's total, but the homogeneity and isomorphism are serious. Improving the dyeability and comfort of polyester fibers has always been an important direction for the functionalization of polyester fibers. For this reason, based on steric hindrance and efficient coordinated modification of dyeing, Gu Lixia et al. selected methylpropanediol with pendant as tetramono, sodium ethylene glycol isophthalate sulfonate as trimono, and Sb(Ⅲ) complex as the catalyst. , through the control of the polymerization process, the self-catalysis and ion aggregation effects of the three singles were suppressed, and a new copolyester MCDP with uniform structure, good spinnability, and easy dyeing at normal pressure was invented.

At the same time, the research group created the key technology of large-capacity continuous polymerization MCDP and its soft and easy-to-dye fiber spinning, realized the large-capacity continuous and stable production of new copolyester MCDP for the first time, and solved the local fluctuation of the concentration of three single and four single , uneven dispersion engineering problems; created melt direct spinning short fiber and sliced ​​high-speed spinning filament technology, developed a series of soft and easy-to-dye fibers such as fine denier, ultra-fine denier, latent curl, and BCF for carpets.

It is understood that this technology has established an industrial chain of polymerization, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, and clothing, and has achieved significant economic and social benefits. In 2013, the newly added output value exceeded 1.6 billion yuan, and foreign exchange earned more than 9 million US dollars.
