Wang Wentao said that China is comprehensively promoting Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development, which will definitely provide a broader market space and more cooperation opportunities for the development of foreign businessmen. China has a very large market, complete industrial supporting facilities, and the fundamentals of a healthy economy will not change, and its comprehensive advantages remain outstanding.
Talking about improving the level of utilization of foreign investment, Wang Wentao further said that the threshold for "entry" will be further lowered, the negative list for foreign investment access will be reasonably reduced, restrictions on foreign investment access in the manufacturing sector will be completely lifted, and the modern service industry will be expanded to open to the outside world; Further align with "high" standards and support conditional free trade pilot zones and Hainan Free Trade Port to align with international rules such as the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and the Digital Economy Partnership Agreement (DEPA), Expand opening up in areas such as investment, trade, and data flow; further enhance the level of "promotion" and promptly listen to the opinions of foreign-invested enterprises and respond to their concerns by continuing to hold roundtable meetings; further create an "excellent" environment and implement the provisions of the State Council The "Opinions on Further Optimizing the Foreign Investment Environment and Increasing the Efforts to Attract Foreign Investment" has transformed the value of the policy into a sense of gain for enterprises.
Since the beginning of this year, the Ministry of Commerce has actively organized the "Invest in China Year" investment promotion activities. Since the launch of the event, a total of nearly 20 key events have been held, and more than 500 supporting investment promotion activities at or above the provincial level have been organized in various places, achieving positive results.
