National coal prices are on the rise in mid-July

Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics recently showed that coal prices across the country were on the rise in mid-July, but the increases were not large. The specific price changes of various coal types are as follows:

The price of anthracite (washed medium, volatile content ≤ 8%) was 1192.1 yuan/ton, an increase of 7.9/ton or 0.7% over the previous period.

The price of ordinary mixed coal (a mixture of fine coal and lump coal in Shanxi, with a calorific value of 4,500 kcal) was 658.9 yuan/ton, an increase of 9.2 yuan/ton, or 1.4%, from the previous period.

The price of Shanxi mixed coal (good quality mixed coal, calorific value 5,000 kcal) is 758.3 yuan/ton, an increase of 9.7 yuan/ton or 1.3% from the previous period.

The price of Shanxi excellent mixed coal (high-quality mixed coal with a calorific value of 5500 kcal) is 859.0 yuan/ton, an increase of 10.4 yuan/ton or 1.2% over the previous period.

The price of coking coal (main coking coal, sulfur content <1%) was 1771.4 yuan/ton, an increase of 96.4 yuan/ton, or 5.8%, from the previous period.

From the above data, it can be seen that in mid-July, the prices of thermal coal and anthracite continued to rise slightly, and coking coal also showed a more obvious upward trend.
