Coal prices in Qujing City Yunnan Province fell slightly month-on-month in June

According to the Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce's important means of production market monitoring system, in June 2023, the average coal price in Qujing City, Yunnan Province was 1,763.2 yuan/ton, a month-on-month decrease of 9.3% and a year-on-year decrease of 42%. In June, the production and supply of the coal market was sufficient, coupled with weak demand in the downstream steel industry, the price of coal fell significantly month-on-month. It is expected that in the later period, with the arrival of the rainy season, the demand for coal in downstream power plants will decrease, and the price may drop.
