From January to April, the city's industrial comprehensive energy consumption above the designated size was 5.8206 million tons of standard coal, a year-on-year decrease of 1.25%, and the decline was 0.75 percentage points larger than that in the first quarter (-0.5%). From the perspective of the seven high-energy-consuming industries, the comprehensive energy consumption of the seven high-energy-consuming industries in the city was 5,589,800 tons of standard coal, a year-on-year decrease of 2.05%, which affected the comprehensive energy consumption of the city's designated industries to drop by 1.98 percentage points. Except for the growth of coal industry, non-metallic mineral products industry and ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, which increased by 0.88%, 74.93% and 2.83% respectively, the remaining four industries all declined to varying degrees. Among them, the non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry decreased by 33.64% year-on-year; the chemical industry decreased by 30.59% year-on-year; the coking industry decreased by 10.93% year-on-year; the power industry decreased by 4.3% year-on-year.
