In mid-April 2023, key statistical iron and steel enterprises produced a total of 22.8983 million tons of crude steel, 20.2073 million tons of pig iron, and 21.9948 million tons of steel. Among them, the daily output of crude steel was 2.2898 million tons, a month-on-month decrease of 1.38%; the daily output of pig iron was 2.0207 million tons, a month-on-month decrease of 1.08%; the daily output of steel products was 2.1995 million tons, a month-on-month increase of 0.93%.
