Europe launches new polyurethane hydrocyclone

Global Polyurethane Network News on January 28: Weir Minerals has launched two new heavy-duty CAVEX hydrocyclones in the European market, namely CAVEX CVXU polyurethane hydrocyclones and CAVEX CVXU ceramic tiles , the hydrocyclone has a lining material, which is mainly used to resist severe wear and to combine with the existing CAVEX cyclone separator.

The unique shape of the layered spiral inlet of the CAVEX hydrocyclone allows the mud to follow its natural path, avoiding encountering any sharp edges, reducing cyclonic turbulence, helping to maximize separation efficiency, hydraulic capacity and prolong wear period while minimizing wear on the feed body and eddy current finders.
