Sichuan Carpoly’s research and development of formaldehyde adsorption and decomposition functional coatings passed the appraisal

A few days ago, the formaldehyde adsorption and decomposition functional coating developed by Sichuan Carpoly Coatings Co., Ltd. passed the achievement appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province, and the technology of this project is at the domestic leading level.

The coating is a dual-functional photocatalyst with adsorption and decomposition added to the coating, which solves the technical problems of difficulty in removing formaldehyde and poor purification persistence. The formaldehyde purification ability of the paint reaches 92.5%, and the purification persistence reaches 84.1%, which is significantly higher than other formaldehyde removal products on the market.
